Welcome to the MGA #3
Thorntree Men's Golf Association events are the perfect place to make new friends, golf with fellow members, and most importnantly, have lots of fun!
- Last year the MGA sponsored five 1-day team tournaments ($30 entry fee) and a 2-day individual MGA Championship tournament ($65 entry fee).
- Your entry fee includes the tournament prize fund and a free lunch and shared keg of beer and soda afterwards
- MGA dues ($30 per year) fund projects which enhance the golf course and club facilities. Last year these included:
- Two 70” TVs in 19th hole
- New Driving Range Renovation
- Laser reflectors on flag poles for range finders
- Range targets for the driving range
- Sandblasting and powder coat painting of the metal plate tee markers
- MGA hosts a Christmas dinner and dance party in December
Membership in the Men's Golf Association is open to all male golf members of Thorntree Country Club age 18 and older. If you're current;y not a member or new to Thorntree CC, please be sure to join the MGA.
It's simple to join, just tell anyone on the MGA board or one of the Golf Professional in the golf shop. Dues are only $30 per year.
